What the learner needs to know, understand or be able to do
The learner will:
Be able to define what equality should look like in a diverse, multicultural society and give examples of how to promote equality.
Be able to give examples of disabilities including hidden disabilities, and how these should be treated in the work place in accordance to the Equality Act.

The learner can:
- Create a leaflet that promotes the Equalities Act, giving examples of how to promote diversity
