Assessment criteria
What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome
The learner can:
- Use their senses to explore at least two different ingredients per dish
- Express a like or dislike to the ingredients explored
- Use tools such as a grater, rolling pin to prepare the meals with support
- Activate a switch to make a piece of kitchen equipment work with support
- Show actions such as; rolling, mixing to combine ingredients together with support
