Assessment criteria

What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome

The learner can:

    • Use their senses to explore at least two different ingredients per dish
    • Express a like or dislike to the ingredients explored 
    • Use tools such as a grater, rolling pin to prepare the meals with support
    • Activate a switch to make a piece of kitchen equipment work with support
    • Show actions such as; rolling, mixing to combine ingredients together with support
