Assessment criteria

What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome

The learner can:

    • Count how many people will be having lunch
    • Identify the appropriate cutlery required; eg soup spoons; knives and forks
    • Count out the correct number of different cutlery items 
    • Count the correct number of water glasses
    • Count the correct number of napkins 
    • Gather the required items
    • Lay the cutlery, napkins and water glasses on the table
