The learner can:
- Count how many people will be having lunch
- Identify the appropriate cutlery required; eg soup spoons; knives and forks
- Count out the correct number of different cutlery items
- Count the correct number of water glasses
- Count the correct number of napkins
- Gather the required items
- Lay the cutlery, napkins and water glasses on the table
