The learner can:

    • List at least seven feelings besides happy / sad / mad
    • Describe how their body feels when experiencing different emotions
    • Recognise the emotions of others and give reasons for their observations 
    • Recognise at least three situations or triggers which could affect their emotions
    • Recognise clues in others' communication or body language which could suggest changing emotions
