The learner can:
- List at least seven feelings besides happy / sad / mad
- Describe how their body feels when experiencing different emotions
- Recognise the emotions of others and give reasons for their observations
- Recognise at least three situations or triggers which could affect their emotions
- Recognise clues in others' communication or body language which could suggest changing emotions
