Assessment criteria

What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome

The learner can:

    • Follow one-off instructions within a cafe setting
    • Show their willingness and compliance to the task on the first occasion of being asked and do so on at least three occasions
    • Show compliance to following the sequence of instructions given by the supervisor without any kind of directive intervention and do so on at least three occasions
