What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome
The learner can:
- List five relationships in your life and rate each of their legal status, importance and longevity. e.g; parent, sibling, husband, wife, next of kin
- Bullet point what is required for three different types of relationships to be successful
- Read and understand a range of scenarios and conclude if these are healthy or unhealthy relationships
- Give advise on how to improve the situation within these scenarios
- Match the six stages of the relationship life cycle (Courtship, Honeymoon, Internal Stressors, External Stressors, Stagnation, Maturation) to the correct description
- Create a life cycle model for a relationship in your life. e.g. a friendship, family relationship, work/school relationship
- List and explain five 'red flags' in an unhealthy relationship
- List and explain the five stages of grief at the end of a relationship
