The learner will:
Be able to identify and explain legal requirement for tyres.
Be able to identify why it is important to have the correct pressure in tyres and what is required to put pressure in car tyres.

The learner can:
- Explain the definition of legal requirements
- Explain how many mm a car tyre should be for the legal requirement
- Explain the outcome if your tyres are not road worthy
- Explain how you know tyres need pressure and why the amount of passengers can affect pressure
- Demonstrate how to put pressure into a car tyre and what tools you will need
- Explain the difference between manual air pump and electric pumps at a garage
