The learner will:
Identify how to cross the road safely using different crossings.
Identify up to three people that they can go to when they need help.
Assessment criteria
What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome
The learner can:
- Identify three safe ways to cross the road e.g. zebra crossing; clear space; pedestrian crossing
- Identify how to cross the road safely e.g. stop, look, listen
- Demonstrate crossing the road with support as required
- Identify three people who can help me in the community e.g. police officer, teacher, shop assistant
- Identify two differences between a stranger and a friend
