The learner will:

  1. State a safe way to cross the road.

  2. Identify one safe person in their life and community.

What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome

The learner can:

    • Choose a safe way to cross the road and communicate this in their own way e.g. pelican crossing, zebra crossing 
    • Cross the road safely with support
    • Identify one safe person in their life e.g. family member, teacher, family friend
    • Identify one safe person in the community e.g. police, traffic warden
