The learner can:
- Choose a safe way to cross the road and communicate this in their own way e.g. pelican crossing, zebra crossing
- Cross the road safely with support
- Identify one safe person in their life e.g. family member, teacher, family friend
- Identify one safe person in the community e.g. police, traffic warden
