Assessment criteria
What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome
The learner can:
- Demonstrate two different skills for cooking, for example; using a knife safely, or setting correct oven temperatures.
- Demonstrate basic food hygiene such as hand washing on two occasions.
- Prepare simple meals such as sandwiches or salads on at least two occasions.
- Demonstrate competence in at least two basic cleaning tasks, such as vacuuming, dusting or laundry.
