Recognise two charities that provide help in the local community.
Visit one charitable organisation that offers help in the local community.

What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome
The learner can:
- Identify two local charities, using support (where appropriate)
- Identify two groups in the community that they help, using relevant support (where appropriate)
- Visit one of the researched charities to see how they help in the community
- Take part in one activity that will help this charity, with relevant support
