What the learner needs to know, understand or be able to do
The learner will:
Experience mixing shop bought bread mixture.
Mix in different ingredients to make different breads with support.

Assessment criteria
What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome
The learner can:
- Read the mixing instructions on a packet of shop bought bread mixture with relevant support
- Pour the correct amount of water into a measuring vessel with support
- Pour this water into the dry bread mix
- Choose between two ingredients that can be added to the mix e.g olives, walnuts, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, herbs etc with support
- Cut the items into small pieces with support
- Mix the chosen ingredient into the mixture using a utensil, or by hand
