  1. Be able to add the appropriate amount of water to a pre prepared bread mixture.

  2. Be able to prepare different ingredients to add to the dough mixture.

Assessment criteria

What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome

The learner can:

    • Add the preprepared bread mixture to a mixing bowl
    • Add a given amount of water to the bowl
    • Combine the mixture using hands or a wooden spoon
    • Cut ingredients with relevant support, e.g olives, sun-dried tomatoes, herbs
    • Add these ingredients to the bread dough and mix in using their hands or a wooden spoon
