- Identify the shop required for the item
- Navigate to the department in the shop where the item is
- Locate the item in the shop and count out a specific quantity
- Communicate or interact with shop staff
- Correctly obtains items from short shopping list of less than five items
- Use self-serve cashier line
- Pack items into bags appropriately
- Collect all personal belongings before leaving (bags, change, receipt)
- Make a choice from the menu when given options
- Give staff their order when asked at the counter
- Pay for their order with money from a wallet
- Take their order and finds a table to sit and eat / drink
- Remain seated and socially appropriate at table
- Collect personal belongings and leave
