What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome
The learner can:
- Identify at least two options in a given situation (e.g., "Would you like tea or juice?")
- Show an understanding that making a choice means selecting one option over another
- Make a simple choice from two or more options when prompted by the teacher (e.g., “Which shirt do you want to wear today?” or “Would you like to go outside or stay inside?”)
- Make a choice and explain why that choice was made (e.g., "I want the red shirt because it's my favourite colour.")
