What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome
The learner can:
- Identify at least two healthy and unhealthy choices related to food, activity, or hygiene
- Use pictures or words to match healthy foods or activities with unhealthy ones (e.g., "Apple is healthy, candy is unhealthy")
- Choose a healthy option from two or more choices (e.g., “Would you like an apple or a cookie?”)
- Choose a healthy activity (e.g., “Would you like to walk or watch TV?”) and explain why it is a good choice for health with support if required
