What the learner needs to know, understand or be able to do
The learner will:

What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome
The learner can:
- Identify a trampoline from other sports equipment.
- Show they understand one safety rule when accessing a trampoline.
- Show they understand one safety rule when dismounting a trampoline.
- Show they know at least two safety rules that must be followed when using a trampoline or watching someone else on a trampoline e.g. the need to be supervised at all times, no two persons are allowed on the trampoline unless one is a qualified coach.
- Demonstrate appropriate clothing to be worn whilst trampolining.
