The learner can:
- Demonstrate holding two different balances for 3 seconds.
- Participate in a balance with a peer for 3 seconds.
- Travel in three different ways (e.g. using feet, hands and feet, other body parts).
- Travel at two different heights (e.g. on the floor, on a bench, on apparatus).
- Travel at three different speeds.
