What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome

The learner can:

    • Show an awareness of and demonstrate good body posture i.e. parallel feet, engaged core, standing tall, relaxed arms
    • Show they can shift weight in space while maintaining balance
    • Show spacial awareness
    • Show good posture
    • Show they can balance without external support
    • Show they can move with a variety of dynamics e.g. fast and slow
