What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome
The learner can:
- Demonstrate holding five different balances for 10 seconds
- Participate in a balance performance with a peer
- Travel in three different ways as part of a planned performance (feet, hands, roll)
- Travel at two heights and speeds independently and with a partner
