What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome
The learner can:
- Show they can stamp their feet and bang their hands on the desk
- Show they can dance to music or join in with just dance activities
- Show they can move briskly to raise their heart rate
- Show they can take part in a meditation listening activity
- Show they can draw whilst listening to calming music
- Show they can attempt calm movements eg stretching, pilates
