Assessment criteria
What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome
The learner can:
- Identify types of touching that are appropriate within a relationship, when presented with different types of relationships
- Show an understanding that both parties need to be in agreement that a relationship exists, when presented with a romantic relationship
- Show an understanding that touching must be consensual at all times, when presented with a romantic relationship
- Demonstrate how to say no in an assertive, appropriate fashion to touching they do not like, and how to respond when a partner says no to touching
- Label a simple diagram of a human body
- Identify themselves as having a male or female body
- Show which areas of the body should be covered in public
- Show which parts of the body should be touched only in private
