The learner will:

  2. Be able to identify male and female bodies and names for external genitalia.

Assessment criteria

What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome

The learner can:

    • Identify types of touching that are appropriate within a relationship, when presented with different types of relationships
    • Show an understanding that both parties need to be in agreement that a relationship exists, when presented with a romantic relationship
    • Show an understanding that touching must be consensual at all times, when presented with a romantic relationship
    • Demonstrate how to say no in an assertive, appropriate fashion to touching they do not like, and how to respond when a partner says no to touching
    • Label a simple diagram of a human body
    • Identify themselves as having a male or female body
    • Show which areas of the body should be covered in public 
    • Show which parts of the body should be touched only in private
