- Identify from a choice of two what a Bed and Breakfast is
- Identify two jobs, from a list of five, that are typically undertaken in a Bed and Breakfast (other jobs may include stacking shelves; using a computer; driving)
- Choose two jobs that are typically undertaken in a Bed Breakfast
- In a classroom setting, role play these two jobs, with assistance where required; jobs may include answering the telephone; changing a bed; laying a table for breakfast
