The learner can:
- Choose an area they would like produce a map of
- Research a google earth map of the area
- Research an ordinance survey map of the area
- Produce an individual 2D plan of the area
- With others construct a 3D map of the area
- Identify compass bearings on the chosen area
- Produce a compass rose on the map to identify N,S,E and W
