Be able to choose appropriate items to make a balanced, filling and tasty packed lunch for a Forest School setting.

The learner can:
- Identify at least three pieces of appropriate clothing and footwear
- Give a reason for each choice
- Identify packed lunch foods which are balanced, filling, tasty
- Select at least four items for a packed lunch
