The learner can:
- Discuss and demonstrate understanding of different soup recipes and ingredients required
- Indicate which three soups they want to make
- Using touch and smell, identify different ingredients for each soup
- Demonstrate an understanding of each stage of the recipe; eg when to add liquid
- Participate in each stage of the method of soup preparation with support as required
