The learner can:
- Explore different material textures including dough, recycled materials, food products
- Explore different material smells including dough, recycled materials, food products
- Communicate a response to the texture, taste or smell of materials to demonstrate a preference or dislike
- Use different senses when exploring - touch, taste, smell, vision and hearing as appropriate
- Experience and explore the texture, shape and material of different sculptures e.g. carved wood, carved stone
