    • Identify two ways in which they know they have a healthy mind through choices and support; e.g. feeling happy, being aware of what makes me feel calm; being aware of situations to avoid
    • Identify ways in which they can support themselves with having a healthy mind with prompts and choices e.g. deep breathing, hand and foot massage, a walk; colouring
