Assessment criteria

What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome

The learner can:

    • Identify and locate at least two items needed for an outing in the community (e.g. coat, bag, wallet, wheelchair, medication)
    • State where they wants to go on the trip
    • State how they will travel
    • Actively explore at least two contrasting local buildings eg. leisure centre, religious building, supermarket, shopping centre, market, gallery, museum, football ground
    • Identify a function for a building using keywords or symbols
