What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome
The learner can:
- Use three gross motor skills during construction play (e.g., lifting, crawling, hitting, pushing, reaching)
- Use three fine motor skills during construction play (e.g., glueing, connecting, stacking)
- Follow a simple visual with adult support to complete a step towards making a construction model
- Use preferred communication device to select materials to use to build a construction model
- Engage in a shared construction activity to build a model within a small group
