Assessment criteria

What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome

The learner can:

    • Lead a short warm up/ cool down that shares the part of the body being used and for how long the move or position needs to be performed 
    • State how to stay safe on with at least six different sports pieces of sports equipment
    • State parts of body used in exercise and start to recognise muscles used in the exercise
