Be able to carry out experiments to investigate light.

The learner can:
- Name at least three light sources
- Identify how light travels eg in straight lines
- State two examples of how light helps us see
- Describe the properties of light
- Safely use equipment to investigate light
- Record observations from investigations
- State how light can be reflected
- State how a shadow is created
- Make simple conclusions
