Be able to identify a role they would like to try for work experience and the tasks involved in the role.
Be able to carry out a role and try different aspects of work within that role.

Assessment criteria
What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome
The learner can:
- State the name of a job they would like to try
- State what they are looking forward to doing in this role
- State three different tasks linked to the role and the work they will be doing
- State the days and times the work experience will take place
- Participate in a work experience for a minimum of eight sessions following verbal instructions to complete tasks
- State at least three different tasks they have completed within a role
- State one task they have completed on their own and one task they have completed as part of a small team
