Assessment criteria
What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome
The learner can:
- Research at least four different natural disasters and write a simple explanation of what each disaster is
- Create a poster about at least one of the disasters identified
- Explain to a peer what they have learnt
- Identify at least one famous natural disaster
- Create a fact file with key information about the natural disaster and its consequences
- Present their fact file to at least one peer
