The learner will:
Be able to contribute through own communication methods to a tapestry.
Be able to interact with art work they have contributed to.
Assessment criteria
What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome
The learner can:
- Accept support, with increasing independence, to attach sensory media to canvas
- Indicate preferences to sensory media when presented with options for the canvas
- Use senses of touch, sight, smell and sound to interact with a tapestry they have contributed to creating
- Communicate a preference for one sensory item; for example, when exploring hearing, to look towards the sound of the crinkly paper when presented with crinkly paper and the bell embellishments
