  1. Research reference images for what pixel art looks like.

  2. Mark out a minimum thirty by thirty block size area and create a frame for their art, using any block of their choice.

Assessment criteria

What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome

The learner can:

    • Look up different pixel art pieces online to use as reference imaging and explain three key features that define an art piece as pixel art 
    • Find and use a relative similar art piece to what they would like to create for reference purposes 
    • Use any block type to create a thirty by thirty minimum size frame, taking into account how much detail is desired and adjust sizing accordingly
